Cut Brooklyn’s owner Joel Bukiewioz hand makes knives in Brooklyn, USA. This is a short film about how he got started in the knife business and what it means to be an artist producing trade goods in America. Joel has an amazing commitment to quality and I really liked how he states that he strives to make each each new knife the best one he has ever made. OUTSTANDING! This is the kind of commitment we need to move forward again. GO!
